Sharmistra Baghi-Sen and Hirano Shambhu Upadhyaya from SUNY Buffalo join Dr. Jane LeClair, dean of Excelsior College’s School of Business and Technology, for a discussion of their research paper “Women in Cybersecurity: A Study of Career. Advancement”.

Baghi-Sen and Upadhyaya’s paper is the first study of female cybersecurity professionals examining the “required skills, existing challenges, and the key success factors for women in the field.”
