The Innovations conference is the premier event for professionals dedicated to improving organizational teaching and learning, and discovering new approaches for enhancing the community college experience. The conference provides a tremendous forum for collaboration among academic experts and leading community college professionals, while granting participants exclusive access to the most inventive and thought-provoking programs from around the world.

Forum Session
Presentation Description:
Come share best practices on using OER to support the completion agenda. This discussion invites participants to share examples from their institutions. We will include pitfalls each institution must consider.
Presentation Plan:
We will begin with a powerpoint presentation(15 minutes). Goal of the powerpoint is just to put some ideas on the table for the participants to then discuss – negatives, positives, other ideas for using OER.
