Risks are inevitable in organizations. There are risks associated with recruiting and selecting employees, health and safety, compensation and benefits, employee conduct, and employee supervision. HR professionals and risk managers must review all the risks throughout their organization and incorporate risk management into all decision making. We must ask questions such as: “Do we provide safe working conditions and do we conduct safety inspections on a regular basis?” “Do we have a performance management system in place?” “Do we have adequate harassment and discrimination policies and procedures?” “Do we conduct an exit interview?” In this webinar we will address risk management strategies, the relationship between risk management and human resource management, and answer questions related to these topics.
